I have no idea why out of all possible combinations of shapes, tones, colors, layer opacities, contrasts and so forth I decided that this one is "good" or "has it" or "works". There's an infinite amount of combinations which would make me decide otherwise, just like there's an infinite amount of combinations which would have "worked" as well, and some probably even better had I taken the time and effort to push it even further and add a layer or two or three or twenty, flipping some, setting them to some specific transparency value, increasing or decreasing the color depths, adjusting the color balance et ceterae. i have no idea why I decided to set the transparency on the last layer to 71% and not to 70 or 72%. I have no idea what is still missing from this image or what is perhaps superfluous. But most of all I have no idea why anyone would find this image visually appealing or interesting or in any other way would find it sufficiently appealing to hit the fav button. In other words, I haven't even the beginning of an idea what all this is about. It escapes me and, to be honest, sometimes even bores me.
